Roll-Thru Pickup:
RULES
- To slow the spread of COVID-19. All vaccinated and unvaccinated guests are required to wear a face mask.
- Please place your order for pick up in advance, and wait to receive your ready confirmation message.
- Customers/patients who are not vaccinated are required to maintain social distancing by remaining in their vehicle at all times.
- No minors under 21 years of age can be in the vehicle during pickup.
- Onsite consumption of any marijuana or marijuana products is not allowed.
How to create an account & place a pre-order
- Visit our website, select Essence South Rainbow location & Select Roll-Thru
- Select the Items that you would like to purchase & Add to Your Cart
- Create an Account by Clicking “Log-In” at the Top of the Menu & add your email, phone number & password
- Enter your Information & Upload Your ID
- When you are ready, select checkout!
What to Expect After You Have Placed a Pre-Order
- After you place an order, you will receive a text confirming that your order has been received by Essence.
- After we prepare your order, you will receive a second text when your order is ready & when to head to the store.
- Before you visit please make sure you have placed a pre-order and have received a confirmation text, you have cash payment & your valid government-issued photo ID.
- When you arrive, please follow instructions from staff/signage with regards to Roll-Thru queueing area.
- Once it’s your turn to checkout, you will pull up to the dedicated Roll-Thru Window to complete your transaction.

- 1 oz limit per transaction
- Deliveries can only be made to private residences

What to Expect After You Have Placed a Pre-Order
- After you place an order, you will receive a text confirming that your order has been received by Essence.
- Please be sure to stay near your phone as we will give you a call or send you a text to confirm you total. We need to receive confirmation from you via phone or text to be able to deliver your order. If we are not able to get in contact with you, we will have to cancel your order.
- After we confirm your order you will receive a text that you order is out for delivery.
- We will then give you a call when we are 15-20 minutes away. Please have your ID & cash payment ready.
