Green Thumb Industries To Acquire Integral Associates Amid US Cannabis M&A Wave

M&A activity in the cannabis space continues as more deals are announced every week.

Green Thumb Industries Inc (OTC: GTBIF) said Tuesday it will buy Nevada-based cannabis company Integral Associates. The announcement comes less than a week after Green Thumb Industries closed its previous acquisition.

What Happened

Green Thumb Industries is a vertically-integrated cannabis company with operations in eight states, where it has eight manufacturing facilities and holds licenses for 60 retail locations.
