Can I call for support?

What are the times for Delivery?
- Northern NV 9am – 8pm
- Southern NV 9am – 10pm
- Northern NV 5 pm
- Southern NV 7pm
Can anybody order for delivery?
Yes, if you are 21 years of age and have valid ID.
Can my International ID be accepted in RISE Nevada dispensaries?
No, due to regulations an international ID cannot be accepted in our Nevada dispensaries. We can only accept a valid US ID or US Passport.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes. There is an order minimum of $50 and no delivery fee.
What is your delivery range?
We cannot deliver to any location where these is gaming or liquor. We can deliver to any location within 25 miles of the dispensary location.

What kind of payment do you accept?
Delivery orders are cash only transactions currently. We ask that customers have exact change as our drivers do not carry change.
How long will my order take?
All deliveries are delivered within 2 hours or less from the time the dispensary has prepared the delivery order.
Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?
At this time, no. Orders will be fulfilled in real-time during set delivery hours.
Am I able to receive my senior or veteran discounts on delivery orders?
Yes! All discounts and deals are handled by the dispensary, so you will want to be sure to include in the notes of your order on which discount you would like to use so it can be applied to your order.
How can I track my order?
Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an text SMS notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.
You will receive a text notification when the dispensary has prepped your order for pick up, and a second one when Blackbird’s driver is en route to you with an exact ETA. Can I change my delivery address once I have already ordered?
Yes. If you do need to change your address for a delivery order shortly after your order has been submitted, you can reach out to customer support by clicking the ‘Need Help?’ link at the bottom of Blackbird’s web page and reaching out to customer support to have your delivery address changed!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Essence only allows returns for the incorrect product delivery or malfunctioning cartridges.
Can I tip the driver?
If you want to! Everyone loves to be recognized for hard work and friendly service. Please do not feel obligated in any way.
Can I get delivery to my workplace?
The delivery address must be a permanent, private residence. No hotels, casinos, or other business addresses are allowed.
Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?
Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.
How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?
Well that all depends on your friends … but please note that we are only allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.
