What are the times for Delivery?
10am to 7pm
Can anybody order for delivery?
Yes, if you are 21 years of age and have valid ID.
What type of ID is required?
Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location.
What is your delivery range?
We cannot deliver to any location where these is gaming or liquor. We can deliver to any location within 25 miles of the dispensary location.

What kind of payment do you accept?
Delivery orders are cash only transactions currently. We ask that customers have exact change as our drivers do not carry change.
How long will my order take?
All deliveries are delivered within 2 hours or less from the time the dispensary has prepared the delivery order.
Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?
At this time, no. Orders will be fulfilled in real-time during set delivery hours.
Am I able to receive my senior or veteran discounts on delivery orders?
Yes! All discounts and deals are handled by the dispensary, so you will want to be sure to include in the notes of your order on which discount you would like to use so it can be applied to your order.
How can I track my order?
Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an text SMS notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.
You will receive a text notification when the dispensary has prepped your order for pick up, and a second one when Blackbird’s driver is en route to you with an exact ETA. Can I change my delivery address once I have already ordered?
Yes. If you do need to change your address for a delivery order shortly after your order has been submitted, you can reach out to customer support by clicking the ‘Need Help?’ link at the bottom of Blackbird’s web page and reaching out to customer support to have your delivery address changed!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Essence only allows returns for the incorrect product delivery or malfunctioning cartridges.
Can I tip the driver?
If you want to! Everyone loves to be recognized for hard work and friendly service. Please do not feel obligated in any way.
Can I get delivery to my workplace?
Blackbird is only permitted to deliver to a place of residence. We can no longer deliver to a workplace/business.
Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?
Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.
How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?
Well that all depends on your friends … but please note that we are only allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.
Anything else?
You are responsible for being present for deliveries. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Can anyone order for delivery?
To purchase cannabis in Nevada, you must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone who is 21 years of age or older who has a valid ID can order our cannabis products for delivery.
Will my neighbors know that I ordered marijuana through your delivery service?
Our delivery car is non-branded and discreet, so people are unlikely to know what you have ordered when you accept your delivery.
Can my friend/partner/co-worker accept my delivery order?
No. We can only deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.
What types of products do you deliver?
We carry a wide range of cannabis products, including dozens of flower strains, with a range high quality sativa, indica, and hybrid strains for our customers to choose from. We also carry pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, low-THC high-CBD products, and much more. To see what we can deliver to your area, browse the online delivery menu for your chosen store.
What is your delivery area?
We can deliver to many parts of the Las Vegas area, including West Las Vegas and North Las Vegas. We can deliver to most locations within 25 miles of one of our dispensary locations. However, we cannot deliver to any location where there is gaming or liquor and do not delivery to the city of Henderson.
How does delivery work?
The morning pre-order menu for next-day delivery will open at 10:00 AM each day. We encourage guests to place their order as close to 10:00 AM as possible as we have been quickly reaching capacity.
For instance, a pre-order is placed today and will be delivered tomorrow.
Pre-Orders will be collected at 10:00 AM until we reached capacity.
Deliveries will be executed between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Daily
Do I need exact change?
Yes, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry ANY change on them.
