Rewards members can view points and rewards from a digital wallet that you can add to your phone’s home screen.
• A wallet link is sent when you sign up
• Follow the link. When wallet appears, click ‘add to home screen’
• Preview the icon, click on ‘add’ and you’re good to go
How fast do points accumulate?
You will earn a point for every dollar. A point is equal to $.03. This means that if you spend $100 with us, you will earn $3 in redeemable points that you may use on a future purchase.
When can I begin redeeming points to receive discounts on purchases? How does points redemption work?
Points can be redeemed in the following increments: 100 points = $3, 500 points = $15, 1000 points = $30. Points are non-transferable and can be redeemed only by the Customer associated with the Loyalty Account. Points must be redeemed in a single transaction. If the entire redemption amount is not used, the unused points cannot be credited to another Loyalty Account, redeemed for cash, or used as merchandise credit. Points will not be refunded with returns.
Do points expire?
You must redeem points within 12 months of your last transaction. If you go longer than 12 months between transactions, your points will be removed from our system.
What if I want to stop receiving Rewards communication but want to stay in the loyalty program?
We would be so sorry to lose touch with you, but we understand. You may choose to stop receiving Rewards direct communication from us but still continue to earn and use loyalty points. If you prefer to switch between receiving Text messages and receiving Email, you can change that in your digital wallet. If you want to stop receiving Rewards direct communications, you may simply reply “STOP” to a Text message and “Unsubscribe” to an Email message.
What if I want to opt out of the Rewards loyalty program?
We would be so sorry to see you go, but we understand. If you would like to opt out of receiving communications about the Rewards loyalty program and you no longer want to accrue points, you may email us at [email protected] and you will receive an opt-out confirmation OR you may call us at 815-900-2128 and a representative will confirm you have been removed from the system. At that time, your account will be deleted, and you will no longer receive points or be a member.
