At Essence, we offer the widest selection of cannabis products available anywhere in the city!
But that might be overwhelming to first-time users or infrequent users who don’t know exactly what they’re looking for.
Don’t worry though! Whether you’re a medical patient or a recreational customer, one of our dispensary consultants will be able to help you find the product that’s best for you.
In order to do that, the consultant might ask you one or two or ALL of the following five questions…
1. “How Can I Help You?”
Okay, yeah, this one is pretty basic, but think about it.
When you first walk in, our consultant will have no idea whether you’re a newcomer looking for recommendations or if you’ve already got a shopping list a mile long.
You’re the customer/patient, so we’re looking to you to set the pace and let us know how we can help.
If you aren’t sure, just let us know. And that will lead us to the next question.
2. “Have You Ever Used Cannabis Before?”
If you have, the consultant will probably ask a few follow-up questions:
“What was your experience like?” “What did you enjoy about it? “How did you consume it: smoking, eating, vaping, etc.?”
After that (or if you haven’t used cannabis before) we’ll move on to the next question.
3. “What Sort of Effect Are You Looking For?
How do you want to feel after you’ve consumed the cannabis?
Do you want to feel energized? Do you want to feel relaxed? Do you want to feel a combination of the two?
If you’re a first-timer, do you want a product that will just give you a tiny sample of what the cannabis experience is like?
Do you have a medical condition, like chronic pain or insomnia, that you’re trying to treat?
Try to be as detailed as possible. Like we said earlier, we have a lot of products available. The more info you give us, the more easily we can pinpoint the best product for you.
4. “How Much Experience Do You Have?”
We’ll need to get a sense of your tolerance level. Novice users will probably need to start off with products that have low percentages of THC. Experienced users, on the other hand, might be more interested in our “higher dosage” products.
5. “How Do You Want to Consume Your Cannabis?”
Are you okay with smoking it? Or would you rather vaporize it?
Do you want to eat it? How about applying it to your skin?
Once you choose a consumption method that you’re comfortable with, we can find a product for you and give you instructions on how to use it.
