Depending on the cause of your fatigue, cannabis might be able to provide an effective remedy.

  • In regards to the chronic illnesses listed above, cannabis can alleviate joint pain, muscle pain, headaches, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. Reducing the severity of these symptoms could help reduce the fatigue you’re feeling.
  • If you’re simply looking for something to energize you in the morning, we recommend a sativa-dominant strain, particularly one that contains the terpenes limonene and/or pinene.
  • But if your fatigue is caused by insomnia, you’ll be better served using an indica strain that contains the terpene myrcene. Or you can try a high-CBD strain.

Before using cannabis to treat fatigue, you should first consult with a physician, especially if you believe the fatigue is the result of a chronic illness.
